Build Web Thai offers website design, development, and hosting services. The scope of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract, detailing the specific services provided, timelines, and fees.
3. Pricing and Payments
All pricing for our services will be communicated through a formal proposal or agreement. Payment terms will also be outlined in the agreement, and all fees are to be paid as agreed upon. If payment is not received within the specified time, Build Web Thai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and materials required for the successful completion of the project. Additionally, clients must agree to change the name servers to those specified by Build Web Thai for proper hosting of the website.
5. Revisions and Changes
We offer a limited number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Any major changes after project completion may be considered a new project and priced accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the completed website and its content. However, Build Web Thai reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio. Any third-party software or plugins used in the website will remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licensing agreements.
7. Hosting and Maintenance
We provide hosting services as part of our packages. Hosting fees are billed separately as outlined in the contract. If clients opt for hosting on their own servers, Build Web Thai is not responsible for any issues related to third-party hosting.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before project completion, Build Web Thai reserves the right to retain any deposits or payments made, depending on the stage of the project.
9. Liability and Warranty
While we strive to deliver the best service possible, Build Web Thai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., server downtime, third-party issues).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
11. Amendments
Build Web Thai reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
